Maria-Stella is certified via a globally recognised and accredited certification in Holistic Wellness Coaching equipping her to assess multiple elements when coaching clients to burnout recovery and prevention, coupled with her own personal experience and practical method. 


Maria-Stella is one of Perth’s leading holistic wellness coaches for burnout recovery and prevention, a public speaker and dedicated advocate for women's wellness. Maria-Stella is also a mum of three and her other credentials include being a RAISE Youth Mentor, dedicating herself to providing support for teenagers in high schools across Australia. Outside of her coaching passion, Maria-Stella is also an advocate for those living with rare metabolic disorders, specifically Phenylketonuria (PKU), as a parent to two PKU children.


Without a doubt Maria-Stella is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of lives and has set a mission to guide, help and support as many women as possible so they can live at their healthiest and personal best.
